Altrade Business Centre is the perfect place to work with dedication and focus and we have taken all the necessary sanitation & Hygiene precautions.

Our Community team & housekeeping team has been working at the centre consistently and tirelessly to ensure that we remain free from Coronavirus, during and after the lockdown for which we have taken all necessary precautions. For your reference, below are some measures which we have taken with attached pictures.

Sanitization & Hygiene Precautions Taken:

  • A Non Contact Thermometer has been kept at the entry point, to check the temperature of every single individual entering the office premises

  • All our support staff & admin team are mandated to wear masks and gloves during cleaning of the centre and your individual office.

  • Awareness posters and notices for Covid best practices are readied to be placed at all common areas.

  • Alcohol based sanitizers have been placed across the centre.

  • We are in talks with a company "Wellnexindia" which is a Microban Products company for enhanced fumigation of the entire centre. Their product is EPA approved & NSF-ISR certified (ISO 9001:2015) environmentally friendly as well as user friendly antimicrobial which provides long lasting defense against microbes that works 24x7 for a period of minimum 3 months.

  • Social distancing norms to be taken care of by everyone & recommended safety norms to be followed.

  • We have been sanitizing the entire centre since the beginning of the lockdown, and continue to do so on a daily basis. We use disinfectants and sanitising devices recommended by the Government of India and Ministry of Health.

  • The entire centre, including individual offices, have been fumigated on a weekly basis, since the lockdown.

  • All our support staff & admin team are mandated to wear masks and gloves during cleaning of the centre and your individual office.

  • All tiffins, water bottles and containers left in the offices have been washed and sanitised with hot water and soap.

  • Carpet shampooing has been done of the entire centre.

  • All AHU filters have been cleaned & washed with proper disinfectants.

  • Checking Arogya Setu App for all visitors

  • Sanitizing meeting rooms before and after the meeting

  • For Individual hygiene, sanitizers have been placed at various touch points, and masks, if required, are available too with our community team.
